This includes various models, such as Single Wall Bottles, Double Wall Vacuum Bottles, Mug Cups, Tumblers, Vacuum Flasks, and Stainless Steel Kettles, suitable for both automatic and semi-automatic production lines. The complete production process covers every stage of manufacturing, starting from laser cup splitting and four-station necking to precise laser cutting of the bottle heads. It also includes stretching, shaping, trimming, and threading, ensuring high-quality finishes and consistency.
