  • The 2-Station CNC Bottle Mouth Grinding Machine is designed for polishing of cup and pot mouths after the welding process. It ensures smooth surface finishing, uniform edge treatment, and improved product appearance and quality.

    Product Features:

    PLC Touch Screen Control:
    Equipped with an advanced PLC touch screen and knob switch design, offering complete functionality with intuitive programming and easy operation.

    Adjustable Spindle Speed:
    The spindle is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing flexible speed adjustment based on processing requirements, and providing fast braking for enhanced safety and precision.

    Servo Motor Drive:
    Uses a servo motor drive system to ensure high stability, accurate positioning, and rapid operation during grinding.

    Double-Station Working Table:
    Features a dual-station rotary working table, enabling alternate operation between two positions to significantly increase production efficiency. It can also function in single-station mode when needed.

    Rotatable Grinding Head Design:
    The grinding head can rotate at various angles, making it suitable for polishing arcs as well as the inner and outer edges of cup or pot mouths.
